Its unique formulation promotes the optimal absorption of magnesium, which is necessary for more than 350 functions in the body, and makes it useful for relieving muscular aches, fibromyalgia, spasms and cramps. It also addresses mood, nerve and tension-related disorders, and may assist high blood pressure, heart palpitations, arteriosclerosis and blood sugar control.

One metric teaspoon (approx. 3g) can be added to food, water or fruit juice, or as directected by a Health Care Practitioner.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. This medication may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long period of time.
