How should organic green foods be taken?

How much green barley or wheatgrass should I take?

We recommend starting with half a teaspoon twice daily and increasing gradually to 2 or more teaspoons twice daily over a two week period. This will minimize any detoxification symptoms you may experience when you first upgrade your nutritional status. If you do experience any mild headaches, nausea or pimples, simply reduce your intake for a few days, then increase gradually again. You will eventually work out for yourself the best amount to take, based on results. Some people may take 2-4 teaspoons per day, whearas others may benefit from taking up to 10 or even 12 teaspoons of organic green foods per day.

Will I be charged for shipping?

AU$5.50 shipping applies for all orders under AU$50 for Australia (free if over AU$50). For New Zealand customers, AU$15 shipping applies for all orders under AU$50 (free if over AU$50).  Shipping is charged at a rate of AU$20 + 10% for other regions.

Please note that shipping charges will be automatically calculated by our online shopping cart system.


Will there be any customs charges?

Our organic green foods (Green Barley, Wheat Grass, Alfalfa, EnerGFood etc.) are classified as 'basic food' items and do not attract any duty charges. On rare occasions, some European countries may charge a small duty on other 'herbal' and 'vitamin' type products. Please note that as the receiver of the goods, you are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable customs charges.

Is your online store totally secure?

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time for Australia and New Zealand is 2-5 days.  USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia and Africa should allow 7-14 days for delivery.

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.  In the event that a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, the package will be left at the local postal office for collection.  Please always check first with your postal office before contacting us with a parcel tracking request.
